Delaware Counties

Delaware is split into three counties. Each county works with the Delaware Department of Correction to route arrestees through state facilities and track released inmates. New Castle County in the north is the most populous and routes most of its intake through Howard R. Young in Wilmington. Kent County in the middle uses James T. Vaughn in Smyrna. Sussex County in the south uses Sussex Correctional in Georgetown. Pick a county below to find the local sheriff, police lines, court portal, and the inmate facility that handles that area.
